I love coming to Tony and Guy. It's a whole fabulous experience. Ian makes it so lovely, comfortable and personalised. He has amazing knowledge and experience. You can also feel his passion for what he does. I never knew there was so much technical knowledge and science involved in colouring hair. Ians suggestions are always great and he really focus on you. The salon is super clean and the lovely drinks, biscuits, bathroom soap cream, essential oil mist and female products are an added treat. I especially like how the chairs are not right up close to each other. You feel like you have your own space and it's not so noisy if someone is chatting to their stylist next to to you as they aren't so close.

I had the most incredible experience with Ian, my hair technician a level of service I am so happy with. Ian truly transformed my look in the most thoughtful and customised way. His consultation was so detailed and personal he looked at my face shape, my skin tone, and really explained what would suit me best. You can tell he has real expertise and passion for what he does. I am genuinely over the moon with the result. I walked out feeling confident, refreshed, and like the best version of myself. Also, a big thank you to Lea for the beautiful blow dry and curls they finished the look perfectly and brought everything together so well. This was honestly a next-level experience personalised, professional, and full of care. I cannot recommend Ian enough.

Toni & Guy Harrow provides a consistently outstanding experience. Manager Ian ensures that clients are always listened to, expertly advised, cared for, and given the best colouring, styling and treatments. Ian has coloured my hair for many years, and even though I’ve moved away from the area, I still return because I trust that Ian will do a fantastic job. Lorna and Timea are great stylists and every member of staff works to a high standard. An excellent hairdresser is a must have! Thank you Ian and team. 🌟

Today's visit to the salon was perfect as always. Ian did my hair, highlights, and as always, beautiful color. I always leave very happy. Thanks to Ian, my hair is very well-groomed. This was my first ever haircut experience in the UK, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. From the moment I sat in the chair, Lorna made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, explained things clearly, and worked with so much care and confidence. The chit-chat was such a highlight — it was genuinely lovely talking to her, very natural and never awkward. I didn’t feel bored or rushed at all; instead, it felt relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. The overall salon experience was world-class, from the atmosphere to the little details that made it feel special. I walked out feeling refreshed, confident, and very happy with my hair. Thank you, Lorna, for such an amazing first UK salon experience — I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend her to anyone! 💇‍♀️✨
